Zyscovich has completed a large variety of mixed-use developments which merge residential, retail, restaurants, banks, office space (both speculative and customized) cultural, parking, and recreational amenities, and other commercial uses onto one site or in one building. Several of our projects have been catalytic projects that have spurred development of the surrounding area and served as a conduit to join existing community groups. For example, our Midtown Miami project involved the development of a once derelict 50 acre industrial site into a new urban district that includes residential, commercial/retail, office and entertainment uses. This project has reconnected the surrounding neighborhoods and has stimulated redevelopment of the entire corridor.
