Zyscovich is providing commercial real estate and land development master planning services in connection with the development and improvement of the Orlando Sanford International Airport’s non-aviation properties, comprising the 385-acre Sanford Airport Commerce Park and multiple parcels to total approximately 489 acres of undeveloped, non-aeronautical land surrounding the airport. Zyscovich is creating the market-based, highest and best use development and land use plan to allow the Sanford Airport Authority (SAA) to develop these properties in a responsible manner with quality, market-driven projects that meet the needs of the Airport, the Seminole County Sports Complex and the surrounding community, while maximizing the financial return to the SAA.
