Zyscovich created the Design Criteria Package for The Joint Government Center Campus. The Joint Government Center Campus project will consist of the design and construction of the following program and building components to be developed by County and City at the identified project site: The JGCC Design Criteria Package (DCP) establishes design standards and criteria for the new JGCC campus and facilities. The purpose of the package is to furnish sufficient information upon which firms may prepare bid proposals or upon which negotiations may be based. The firm to whom the design-build contract is awarded will be responsible for creation of the project design based on the criteria in the JGCC Design Criteria Package (DCP) herein.
