Miami, Fla. – ZYSCOVICH, an award-winning, internationally recognized architecture, planning, and interior design firm with offices throughout the East Coast, is pleased to announce the promotion of Becky Morgan, NCIDQ, to the Commercial Market Director.

Morgan will lead the strategic expansion of Zyscovich’s commercial sector. With a diverse background in commercial design, project management, and adaptive reuse, coupled with a proven history in historic preservation and mixed-use development, she is exceptionally suited to guide this growth.

Morgan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Jacksonville. Her passion for design extends beyond her professional achievements, as she has served as an Advisory Committee Member at Florida State College at Jacksonville and as a Partner Liaison for TEDxJacksonville, showcasing her dedication to education and community engagement. She also is a commissioner for the Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission.

Some noteworthy projects in Morgan’s career include:

• The North Florida Land Trust in Brewster Hospital restoration project, which was designed to highlight historical elements of the First African American Hospital in Jacksonville.
• The Crispy’s Springfield Gallery renovation project on Main Street, a catalyst for revitalization in the district and the recipient of a Historic Preservation Award, including federal tax credits.
• Conceptual Master Plan of the Phoenix Arts District.
• The Trinity Baptist Church sanctuary and Pre-K school addition project.

In her downtime, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her family and restoring historic homes, further reflecting her commitment to preserving the architectural heritage of the communities she serves.
