MIAMI, Fla. – ZYSCOVICH, an award-winning, internationally recognized architecture, planning, and interior design firm with offices throughout the East Coast, is pleased to announce that Chloe Keidaish, AIA  has joined the firm as Commercial Market Sector Leader for the South Florida region. 

Keidaish brings over 25 years of extensive architectural experience with a global track record in project leadership and design. Her impressive portfolio encompasses projects across diverse locations like Miami, Milan, and the Middle East, where she has demonstrably influenced architectural landscapes. Notably, her leadership played a key role during her six-year tenure in Dubai, where she spearheaded the development of numerous large-scale mixed-use projects. 

Some key projects in her portfolio include:  

• Nexus Riverside Tower: A stunning 36-story new residential tower project. 

• University of Miami Hillel Student Center: Completed in 2015, this project showcases Keidaish’s proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 

• Little River Center: This innovative 8-story adaptive reuse project demonstrates Keidaish’s skill in transforming underutilized spaces into vibrant and functional structures. 

Keidaish’s arrival reinforces the firm’s regional practice. She will spearhead and manage the firm’s commercial design team, ensuring Zyscovich remains at the forefront of exceptional commercial and mixed-use design. Keidaish will lead in cultivating client relationships and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. With her extensive experience guiding multi-disciplinary teams, she will effectively manage diverse skill sets to meet project goals and exceed client expectations, aligning with the firm’s vision for delivering outstanding spaces with significant value.

Keidaish holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Harvard University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Miami. She has also completed the Foundation in Architecture course with the Architectural Association in London. This international experience has given her a distinctive outlook and a strong dedication to quality. In addition to her academic background, she is a LEED Accredited Professional, highlighting her expertise in sustainable building practices. 

Keidaish is an avid runner who has finished 84 marathons and is gearing up for her 85th. She’s proud to have conquered all 6 ABBOTT World Marathon Majors. Besides running, she’s skilled in underwater photography!
