Mario Suarez, a Partner at Zyscovich with over 32 years of experience, is responsible for leading several of the firm’s major national and international projects, including airport terminals for passengers and cargo, government and corporate offices in South Florida, as well as major mixed-use urban facilities, including hotels, shopping and luxury multi-family housing.
Mario is an expert in managing complex phased projects, and has overseen the design and construction of numerous large-scale, urban redevelopment projects. One of his most renowned projects is the 33-gate El Dorado International Airport in Bogota, Colombia, a public/private partnership development project. Mario’s main focus is the expansion of the firm’s international market presence in Central and South America.
A LEED accredited professional, Mario has a degree in Architecture from the Universidad de los Andes, and holds an MBA degree from Cornell University.
