The Flagler Corporate Center sits on 26-acres in Southwest Miami-Dade County. The six-story, 600,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1974 and until recently Florida Power & Light was its primary tenant.
Zyscovich designed an iconic new three-story, 105,000 SF, state-of-the-art corporate headquarters building on a 40-acre site at Ormond Crossings Commerce Park, directly adjacent to and visible from 1-95. The site design included space for future additional buildings should the company need to further expand, as well as surface parking for 400 vehicles and a lake water feature.
The project included the design of 7,500 SF of state-of-the-art office space for a major player in the retail market., Bal Harbour Shops. The private offices were visually integrated via a single loaded corridor with all filing hidden behind wood-clad doors.
An 88,858 net usable square foot medical outpatient facility located in Jacksonville, Florida that includes patient care examination rooms, isolation rooms, mental health examination and treatment suites, women’s health wing, radiographic imaging, minor surgical procedure suites, full dental and oral surgical suites, laboratory, pharmaceutical functions, and administrative suites.
Zyscovich used a cross disciplinary approach to effectively resolve programmatic and operational issues at Memorial Regional Hospital.
A 106,000 net usable square foot medical primary care annex located in Tampa, Florida that includes patient care examination rooms, isolation rooms, radiographic imaging, laboratory, pharmaceutical functions, and administrative suites. The final design proposed multiple energy efficient strategies to save the Veterans Administration considerable operation costs.
