The Miami Dade College Wolfson Campus Classroom Building project provided approximately 110,000 GSF of new academic and support spaces.
The new Medical Office Building will provide flexible and adaptable floor plates, allowing for either growth to MDC programs and/or partnerships with the surrounding Health District.
The standalone project evolved into the addition of 32,000 square feet, including a double-height, two-story food court area with a glass wall overlooking the University’s marquee natural preserve and cypress dome located at the center of campus.
The new Palm Beach State College Dr. Dennis P. Gallon Fusion Building was designed as a sustainable and future net-zero campus. The first phase of the campus development included an academic, administrative and assembly building.
The project consisted of the creation of a comprehensive Design Criteria Package for a hangar addition, site work, and minor renovations for the existing Broward College South Campus, Building 99.
Centennial Village is the University of Miami’s successful First-Year Experience program and features live-in faculty as well as professional and student staff that support and enhance the freshman experience.
