604 Pacific Street is an adaptive reuse of a former haunted house into a three-story (plus basement), 45,000 SF flagship urban retail and entertainment venue across from the Barclays Center. The two-block stretch of Flatbush Avenue between Pacific and Dean Streets toward the arena’s northwestern corner is one of the hottest in the borough. The building has excellent exposure, signage potential and heavy vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Adaptive reuse of existing multi-level warehouse building into a mixed use building consisting of community uses, retail and the construction of a new residential tower over the existing building.
