The 192,514 SF hotel has 233 guest rooms and includes 2,200 SF of meeting space, a bar, a fitness room, a pool, an amenities deck, a restaurant, and two levels of parking. Zyscovich oversaw the implementation of the already established AC Marriott Hotel FF&E design standards and was responsible for project entitlements, architectural design, construction documents, bidding, permitting and construction administration.
