Zyscovich designed an extensive addition to this unique shopping center by adding over 200,000 SF of high-end retail. The masterplan also included a new anchor store, a new village hall for the City of Bal Harbour, Cinemas, Ballrooms, an addition of public green space, and parking to support the new extension. The planning and design of the extension to this distinctive shopping destination helped continue its successful trend and ranking as the most productive shopping center in the United States.
