Collegiate Village Inn Lifestyle Retail Redevelopment

The Collegiate Village Inn Lifestyle Retail Redevelopment project is part of the Urban Dwellings Student Housing Complex redevelopment, which will transform student apartments into a mixed-use development, to include graduate student apartments and an undergraduate dormitory, a hotel, 56,000 SF of retail, a new parking garage, pocket parks, new entry features, and various streetscape and public realm improvements with an emphasis on connections to public and alternate modes of transportation. Zyscovich is also rebranding the complex to appeal to urban millennials.
