Demetree Global Executive Offices

Demetree Global is among the largest real estate firms in Central Florida. Their roots in the region go very deep. Walt Disney himself ultimately chose to construct the world famous Magic Kingdom in 1971 on Demetree owned property. The firm was founded by William Demetree and now directing all aspects of the multi-million dollar enterprise is his daughter, Mary Demetree. As pioneers in Central Florida, Mary Demetree’s desire was to design a state of the art workplace with the latest technology, supported by a series of collaboration spaces that incorporate the following: Shared work spaces, Lounges, Coffee bar, and Conference/ Training rooms. These spaces invite interaction, encourage movement and create private and semi-private offices. Staff work at a highly-efficient level yet actually feel better at the end of the day due to a conscious design focus on light, white noise, ergonomic furniture and flexible spaces. The environment is also a productive co-working space that clients, community members and others can use to conduct business when traveling between appointments. A critical component of the design was the incorporation of branding and wayfinding throughout the design.
