E Walk® Lifestyle Retail on 42nd Street

A large scale urban retail development project in the heart of Manhattan. This iconic mixed-use development contains destination stores, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The project involved a combination of landmark preservation, and new infill construction. At the centerpiece of the development is the historic Empire Theatre which moved from West 42nd street, where it had stood for 86 years, to a new location on 42nd Street, just 168 feet away. In its new home, the theatre serves as the spectacular entrance to a new 25-screen movie complex and has become the epi-center of this destination entertainment district.
