Elmhurst Care Center & Hotel

The project includes a complete interior renovation of the existing care center to meet the current programmatic needs of elderly care, including medical administrative offices, long-term care facility, physical and occupational therapy spaces, and a dialysis center. The building will include a new hotel and residential units as part of the mixed-use areas of the development. Emphasis is given on maximizing outdoor terraces, interior daylight, and blending with the existing architecture of the current facility.
