Gulliver School Campus Master Plans & Improvements

The comprehensive master plan includes existing campus modernization and future expansion, campus visioning and programming services, along with a capital funding plan, feasibility analyses and existing condition assessments for both campuses. The Prep (grades 9-12) master plan includes a new performing arts center, a regulation gymnasium and sports complex, existing classroom modernization, over 12,000 SF of new classroom space, the renovation and addition of common spaces including expanded outdoor courtyards, a new 17,000 SF “student commons” dining facility, new executive offices, and a parking garage. The preparatory school campus spans 14.9 acres. The Academy (grades PK3-8) master plan includes renovations to and a redistribution of 77 existing classrooms to create learning communities. The plan also includes a new multi-purpose gym which will accommodate both an athletic and performance venue, and feature flexible seating for more than 1,000. The facility will also feature an underground parking structure that will allow for expansion of the building footprint without any net loss of available parking on campus. Gulliver Academy’s master plan also includes the expansion of the dining facility, and over 21,000 SF of new classroom space. The Academy campus spans 18.82 acres.
