Hollywood Ocean Village & Resort Hotel

The Hollywood Ocean Village and Resort combined hotel and retail facilities in an architectural setting that recalls the proportions of early Florida-style Mediterranean design. A second-floor terrace, entered through both the exterior grand steps and the hotel lobby, provides a panoramic gathering place. A ballroom with terraces on the east and west sides offers views of the ocean, Boardwalk, and the Intracoastal Waterway. These and other hotel amenities are available to the public. Spanning the two blocks between the ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, the Marriott Ocean Village and Resort provided a social nexus for hotels guests and the community. High above the Boardwalk is an elevated pool deck and spa with cascading, infinity edge swimming pools and a sunning terrace. Other amenities include a ballroom, conference rooms, entertainment venues, spa, restaurants, and retail. The expansive views along the Boardwalk were infused into the architecture through glass balconies on the guest rooms and generous glass door fronts for retail and restaurants. A parking garage included spaces for municipal parking and for hotel guests.
