Hotel Ocean

Hotel Ocean is a boutique hotel on historic Ocean Drive. Zyscovich renovated a very conservative design of the lobby, dining area and eight guestrooms, and added ten additional guestrooms. The new design is warm, luxurious and intimate with cool tones referencing the hotel’s context of South Beach and is playfully accented with unique bird and animal references in each guestroom’s artwork. Finishes include custom art, metal, glass, and wall panels; fine fabrics, woods and marble; and a poured terrazzo flooring with brass metal inlays throughout the lobby & dining area.
