Kingswood 2 Mixed-Use Retail Center Development
Kingswood 2 is a new, mixed-use urban development being built on the site of a former parking garage, allowing for access and retail street frontage on two streets. The approximately 115,000 SF building design features large glass storefronts at the retail space on the first two levels, activating the streetscape, and three levels of Class A commercial office space with access to two roof-top terraces overlooking the street below.
