Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center

Zyscovich completed a master plan for the Michael-Ann Russell Jewish Community Center (MAR-JCC) to determine the condition of existing facilities, space needs for the desired future program, cost estimates, conceptual plans and capital campaign fundraising documents. The overall plan, being constructed in multiple phases to maintain ongoing operations at the site, includes a new George Feldenkreis Cultural Arts and Education Center, which will house the Alan & Diane Lieberman Theater, the Kiblisky Gymnastics Studio, the Woldenberg Rikudim Dance Center, and other interest rooms, a new Plaza, the Victory Center, a specialized school for autistic children, and various site, landscaping, parking and access improvements.
