Zyscovich transformed the existing hotel and townhouse areas of the building to accommodate the new ME by Meliá hotel concept that was centered on urban chic. ME Miami boasted 129 rooms, two rooftop pools, a restaurant named STK Rebel, and more than 5,000 SF of renovated space that were converted into new dynamic dining and event spaces, including a lavish spa.
The northeast portion of the Midtown Miami site, known as the Entertainment Block, is planned as an intensely commercial zone and includes two office/ showroom buildings with ground floor retail, dining, and shopping that are separated by a one-acre park, as well as a condominium hotel with abundant corner uses and a community theater which will offer an array of cultural activities.
Zyscovich has worked very closely with Westin Diplomat Hotel and Resort, Florida- Starwood- on a variety of Capital Improvements projects over the last 3 years.
The Church by the Sea was founded in 1945. The congregation is diverse, inclusive and intergenerational. This high-profile project involved the replacement of the existing congregational church with a new three-level facility mixed church to serve a variety of purposes: religious assembly, community center and retail space.
Zyscovich provided Architectural and Engineering services for the renovation and expansion of the existing school to create a 21st Century Learning Environment with High Performance buildings, now within a comprehensive State-of-the-Art campus setting.

The Cypress Bay High School Renovations, Repairs and Additions project is a phased renovation, repair, and addition project on an occupied campus, designed to relieve overcrowding and to provide the necessary building improvements to safely operate the school.

The Aloft hotel is located in Aventura’s first pedestrian-friendly, mixed-use development called ParkSquare, which spans seven acres, is divided into four blocks, and includes offices, an assisted-living facility, residential units, and 55,000 SF of retail space.
The 12,500 SF CinéBistro in Vail was designed with a nature-centered theme that is infused with sleek modernity. Stone and wood wall finishes in warm gray tones are juxtaposed with stone flooring, and the coat room dividing the concierge area and restaurant/lounge is paneled in mirror for a jewel-like effect.
