Panorama Mixed-Use Tower

Recently purchased by Florida East Coast Realty, Panorama is a mixed-use tower that will be located between Brickell Bay Drive and the existing 11-story office tower that fronts Brickell Avenue, which is also owned by Florida East Coast Realty. Now in the early stages of construction, the 83-story, 830-foot-high tower will have 208 hotel rooms and 821 one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. 100,000 SF of shell space is allocated for medical offices, 50,000 SF of shell space is allocated for retail, and there will be a 2,300-space parking garage. Level 18 will have a gym, lounge, and a theater. Level 19 will have an indoor/outdoor restaurant and a pool. The top floor of the tower will have an observation deck where panoramic views can be enjoyed. Zyscovich was recently hired as a consultant by Florida East Coast Realty and is not the architect of record. Zyscovich is responsible for quality control, interior design, specifications, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE).
