Ponce de Leon Commercial Medical Office Renovations

Zyscovich was commissioned to provide interior design services for multiple tenant offices that amount to a combined total of approximately 13,000 SF located at the Business Center at 2020 Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables, Florida. The scope of work for each tenant renovation included a needs assessment, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents and construction administration. A thorough understanding of daily work routines and processes was key to provide efficient work environments for each tenant. The Zyscovich interior design team incorporated effective brand strategies into each design concept and ensured that each tenants brand was appropriately translated through the careful selection of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E). Typical tenant spaces included reception and waiting areas, executive offices, conference rooms, coffee bars and lounges, exam rooms, copy, storage and IT rooms. Specialized areas included a gallery and a research library. Zyscovich also designed common spaces such as elevator lobbies, corridors and restrooms.
