Six Senses Luxury Beachfront Resort
Zyscovich is sustainably designing a luxury beachfront eco-resort on land within Casa Mis Amores, Sayulita, Mexico. The site is in close proximity to the village of Sayulita, and consists primarily of virgin mature undulating jungle of approximately 20 hectares which generally slopes towards a prime secluded public beach. The resort development is planned to comprise 75-100 keys plus 25-35 branded residential villas including associated public, support and ancillary spaces; external circulation, and vehicle parking. The design is inspired and influenced by the resort’s location, references local culture, traditional designs and indigenous materials, and interprets this into a product which is unique, memorable, luxurious, contemporary, sophisticated and timeless. The master plan considers climate, prevailing wind, sun path, natural features and the impact of building footprints on the landscape in the location, design and orientation of the buildings. Topographical changes, natural features and vantage points were identified and exploited in the site plan.
