Zyscovich has worked very closely with Westin Diplomat Hotel and Resort, Florida- Starwood- on a variety of Capital Improvements projects over the last 3 years. From implementation of the ADA remediation for 3 of their buildings (Hotel, Convention Center, and Retail and Parking Garage), to restoration and replacement of automated movable partitions, relocation studies for sales office and spa, guestrooms improvement, studies on waterproofing systems in balconies, design of movable bar furniture and screens, among many others.
