Whitman Family Development Offices
The project included the design of 7,500 SF of state-of-the-art office space for a major player in the retail market., Bal Harbour Shops. The private offices were visually integrated via a single loaded corridor with all filing hidden behind wood-clad doors. The corridor terminates on one side with the CEO’s office and at the opposite end with a conference/board room, reception area and waiting lounge. As an extension of the “Leasing Agents” zone, an ample open office area was provided, supported with a collaboration and conferencing lounge.
