Anezin brings a global perspective refined over twenty-five years, showcasing success through diverse projects across Europe, Indonesia, the Eastern United States, and notably, South Florida. His expertise extends beyond design, encompassing business development pursuits, fostering strong client and developer relations, and crafting growth strategies tailored to each unique market. Anezin’s track record demonstrates a keen understanding of the intricate dynamics of nurturing client partnerships and driving business expansion.
Noteworthy projects in Anezin’s portfolio include:
- SoLé Mia by LeFrack & Turnberry: Shoreline Phase 2 (323 units rentals) and The Village Phase 1 (209 units rentals and 14,000 Sq Ft of Retail) within the 184-acre master-planned community in North Miami, featuring South Florida’s first man-made lagoon, over 4,000 residences, retail and office spaces, a medical facility, a school, a hotel, and parks. In this pivotal business development role, he will leverage his extensive network and expertise to cultivate new relationships, drive strategic business initiatives, and propel the firm’s growth trajectory. His proven ability to successfully develop, manage, and coordinate design projects from research and concept through completion further underscores his dedication and expertise in the field of mixed-use commercial real estate.

Anezin received his architectural education from the prestigious Ecole d’Architecture de Marseille-Luminy, earning a Master of Architecture and Design with Honors. He is a Registered Architect in both Florida and France, recognized by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from South Florida. Additionally, Anezin completed the ULI Southeast Florida/Caribbean Leadership Institute Program, an immersive leadership program by the Urban Land Institute that prepares emerging leaders with the tools to address South Florida’s critical real estate and land use issues.
In addition to his architectural career, Anezin is an accomplished artist, known by the pseudonym Robin Wood, a name inspired by a childhood story. His artwork has been exhibited in major cities such as New York, Miami, London, and San Francisco. He is currently planning his next exhibition in Paris.
