Morgan will drive Zyscovich’s commercial sector expansion, bringing with her extensive expertise in commercial design, project management, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation. Her commitment to innovative design and strong client relationships is exemplified by her distinguished portfolio, including the North Florida Land Trust in Brewster Hospital and the Phoenix Arts District conceptual master plan in Jacksonville. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Jacksonville and serves on the Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission. With Morgan’s leadership at the helm, Zyscovich is guaranteed continued growth and exceptional results for clients and stakeholders alike, solidifying its position at the forefront of commercial development.

Before joining Zyscovich, Keidaish managed the design of large-scale mixed-use high-rise projects in Miami, Milan, and the Middle East. Some notable clients include Hines, The Related Group, Aldar, Abu Dhabi Investment House, and Qatari Diar. At Zyscovich, Keidaish will lead the commercial design team in delivering exceptional design. She will steward client relationships and facilitate seamless collaboration, leveraging her extensive experience guiding multi-disciplinary design teams to exceed project goals and client expectations. 

Anezin brings a global portfolio spanning Europe, Indonesia, the Eastern U.S., and South Florida, focusing on commercial development, master planning, mixed-use, and residential projects. His contributions extend beyond design, fostering strategic partnerships, cultivating robust client relationships, and spearheading growth initiatives. Some clients to note include Hines, Leste Group, B Development, Inc., Great Gulf, Bazbaz Development, and Sud Réa. He will collaborate closely with firm leadership to identify and develop client relationships, guiding projects through the business development process to propel Zyscovich’s growth in the commercial market.
